March 20, 2024 – Drissi Motorsports Prepares to Take On Road Atlanta in the 2024 Trans Am Championship
- Drissi Motorsports will enter two cars in the TA class at this weekend’s Missions Foods SpeedTour at Road Atlanta
- Tomy Drissi and Keith Grant will race two of the team’s Chevrolet Camaros
- Both drivers finished in the top five in this race last year, with Drissi on the podium
- The TA class will take the green flag for 40 laps/75 minutes of racing on Sunday at 12:10 PM
Fresh off of their success at the season opener, Drissi Motorsports is charging into the second round of the Trans Am Championship with two recognizable entries. Drivers Tomy Drissi and Keith Grant are ready to hit the track and do battle in the team’s Chevrolet Camaros in the quest for the 2024 series title.
No stranger to leading laps and multiple podiums in IMSA and Trans Am and a win at the Petit Le Mans, Drissi’s quest for the championship will continue in the newly wrapped black and red MavTV, Lucas Oil, Mission Foods, and Frankin Road #8 Chevrolet Camaro. At the same time, Keith Grant will return in the black and yellow Drissi Motorsports #40 Chevrolet Camaro.
“I’m hoping to keep the momentum from Sebring going,” said Drissi. “We’ve had a great start to the year and I don’t see it slowing down anytime soon. I’m thankful to everyone on the team who made this happen including MavTV, Lucas Oil, Mission Foods, Frankin Road, and Gym Weed for all the support.”
In last year’s Trans Am race at Road Atlanta, both Grant and Drissi scored top-five finishes with Drissi rounding out the podium.
The Sebring SpeedTour is the second of 11 events on the 2024 Trans Am National Championship schedule. On Sunday, they’ll start at 12:10 PM. Click here to purchase tickets to this weekend’s Sebring SpeedTour, and click here for live timing.
